I had this problem for more than two weeks now. Premier user. Can login into my account, but my kids devices are not reporting back any activity. On their device cannot login nor deinstall. Problematic!!!

You said "I had this problem for more than two weeks now". since the thread subject is about login error message "Sorry, An error has occurred on the server.  Please, try your request again later".  I assume you get the login error too.  Our engineering team checked into your account and the records showed your last login was Sep 29.  Can you please let me know if you get the error when trying to log onto NF account.    

You also mentioned you are not able to see web logs and other issues.  Can you provide some details on other issues?

I can log into my account on https://family.norton.com/familysafety/loginStart.fs from every computer. That is not the issue. On one of my kids devices I cannot connect to the server from the running program (icon). I cannot edit, nor does it let me uninstall the program. It does update house rules, so there must be some kind of connection. However it doesn't log anything and doesn't report back any activities (web pages visited, searches, ...). House rules and restrictions work.

In the future, if you get different error message from the existing post thread, please create a new post if you can't find the appropriate thread, so you can get faster help and our team doesn't need to check into some other issue that is not for your case.

I am continuing to have this error message on trying to install Norton 360 even though \i note problem was meant to b e solved 01.09.2106.

Hi Chris,

The forum is for Norton Family.  I assume you get the error when trying to install Norton Family during the process of installing Norton 360, right?

Please log onto Norton Family account https://family.norton.com/web/ and download Norton Family in your Norton Family account.
