"Sorry, An error has occurred on the server." for two days now
For the last two days, I have been getting this error message when I try to log into the website. I am doing this from a computer that does not have Norton Family on it and it appears to be a server-side issue. Browsing the forum, I don't see other people reporting it so I speculate perhaps it's an issue with my account but I'm not sure. Here's the exact error, and other people have reported it in the past and the answer has been that it was server sided:
"Sorry, An error has occurred on the server. Please, try your request again later.
An error has occurred with our service, your data is safe, but for your protection and to prevent any possible loss of data your request was halted. The error has been logged and reported and we will look into it shortly.
I've tried this on different computers with the same result. Please assist, my children are having a half day today and I would like to give them more computer time.
