If you click on the username under the icon you will be taken to the users profile page where you can click on the feature to send that user a private message.

Yeah, I agreed. I did that but that only allows me to send a private message to others profile. If somebody is not known to me, why that person will reply to me?
My question is that is there a way to follow people. So that if I have followed them, maybe they will answer my questions? Actually, I need advice on "How can I become a good contributor to this platform?" Please advice
