Spam filter inefficient
I am using Norton 360 with Outlook 2007 and Windows 7. The spam filter is inefficient in that it filters out most spam but not all. Since the "norton antispam" tag had been added to the subject line of the spam emails, I followed Norton's instructions to disable and re-enable the antispam client integration but to no avail. I then did it again several times more, making sure I restarted the computer each time I disabled and re-enabled. But, I still find some spam had not been moved to the spam folder. What can be done now?
