"Specified incorrect age on Social Networking Website"

The alert "Specified incorrect age on Social Networking Website" has come up after accessing Facebook a couple of times. I know what this is supposed to mean, but I shouldn't be receiving this alert. It is coming with me logged into Facebook--not my child-- and only after accessing one specific person's profile. In other words, whenever I view the profile of Jane Doe, I get the alert. It's as if this person's profile is being flagged, but it's not (or shouldn't be!). Any thoughts as to why this is?

Thanks for your help!

Re: "Specified incorrect age on Social Networking Website"

Hi mswogger,

You said " I shouldn't be receiving this alert. It is coming with me logged into Facebook".  Is your Windows account being monitored by Norton Family?  In other words, when you try to access a forbidden website, do you get blocked?

The example you provided, profile of Jane Doe, is she a child or just a profile on facebook?

Can you please send me your Norton Family account email address by private message via the forum by clicking Inbox at upper right hand corner?

Thanks

Katie
