Spoof Undercover Registration -- NAV Not Detecting

I'm getting a recurrent popup in my Macbook Air dock for "Undercover Registration" -- this is spoofing the old Undercover/Orbicule software I used to have installed but that went defunct years ago and ceased operation.  Now this icon has come up and it leads to a page to enter cc information.  (Have uploaded screenshot of dock showing Undercover icon next to Norton.)

Clearly it's malware BUT I just did a deep scan with updated Norton Antivirus and it shows no threats.

Don't know how to uninstall/block.  Norton admins, can you help??  Anyone else experiencing this?

I have asked this thread be moved to the Mac board where more Mac users will see it to offer help.
