This forum thread needs a solution.


Norton Password Manager will not open.
Did an update, restarted computer.
When prompted for my Vault password I just get 'ServerErrorHeader' and 'ServerErrorContent' with 'EventClose' tab to close the page.
Also can't get on with Support Chat, website or access Rescue Tools.

Can any please help?

Hello. Have you tried a different browser to validate whether Chrome is the issue? You can also clear all your temp cache files in Chrome then reopen it to see if the issue persists.

What update did you do? Windows, Norton Security, or something else?

When you restarted your computer, did you do a shutdown and startup again? If so, and you have Windows 10 Fast Startup feature enabled, you do not get a full shutdown required to complete updates to Windows and some other software. If you use Windows 8/8.1 or 10, there can be an issue with the Windows Fast Startup feature..
