We still cannot access the Sims4 Gallery unless we turn disable Norton.
This is a real problem.

Could you please let us know your Norton Family version details.
Right click on the Norton Family tray icon and click on "About Norton Family" to know the version details.
We are running Norton Family version 126.96.36.199.
I have already had multiple support messages with "Elavaarrkuzhalee" previously where it was indicated this was fixed and to try again. But it is not fixed.
If this can't be fixed, I will need to cease usage of Norton Family. But then my children will not be monitored when online. This is not acceptable.
