40 minutes - still waiting for NORTON chat to respond. I have wasted over an hour today with NORTON and IM NOT HAPPY
OK seeing as your wasting my time here's some feedback. Your website is shitty, convoluted and hard to navigate. NOT USER FRIENDLY at all. And all the smiley faces when your frustrated and on hold NOT COOL, Finally YOUR system automated responses are totally out of touch with reality. My 1 minute and 40 second estimated hold time was only 40 minutes or so out. Fix your service NORTON as your losing customers.
