still waiting on MMS message review. Give us a date!!!

I need to know when you are going to stop bs'ing with us and give us the ability to see our kids' MMS messages. When it's it planned? I have seen the forums for years and you are ignoring your customers. We either need this feature or you need to stop making this product because it is becoming WORTHLESS! A simple emoji makes a message MMS and stops parents from setting the message. Give us an actual date and not a canned "I'll take this to support" BS message that you don't do anything with. People have been asking for this for years! Are you incompetent programmers that you can't do this in 3+ years when all of your customers want it? Give us a straight answer!!

STILL WAITING!!! I AM NOT KEEPING MY SUBSCRIPTION TO THIS PRODUCT.

You have proved time and time again that you do not listen to your customers when they are begging you for features that other competitor products have.  Unless you actually start listening and give us the BASIC feature of MMS message review, I can no longer support this product or your company.  You've been saying "I'll check with product support" for years and nothing has been done.

This product is nothing but a way to use your company name to deliver a substandard product at full price with only basic functionality.

PLEASE RESPOND if you actually give a damn about your customers!

Dear Erdna65 and ConcernedParents,
Norton Family currently monitors SMS text conversations. For MMS, Norton Family only tracks the MMS sent/received and not the message content. Monitoring MMS Content is in our To-Do list.
We collect all the inputs and suggestions from customers and compile them to do a calibrated prioritization. We'll update you when we roll out this feature. Thank you for your patience.

This is not a solution. This is the same BS you have been saying for years. All this means is you have no intention of fixing this issue. I will not be renewing my subscription or this product. MMS has to be able to be read. Thanks for NOTHING.

First, Thank you for taking the time out of your busy schedule to post in the Norton Community.

Secondly, Thank you for using Norton Family - Its great you've gotten value out of it and you want to keep using it with better features. This shows how much you like the product and you want to see the MMS content monitoring feature in our product. 

Every product team is working hard to improve its product by releasing new features and bug fixes periodically for the benefit of its customer and there is no doubt in it (Example: Being a Norton Family customer you should have seen it evolving over time with more features and developments). While we understand the MMS content monitoring feature is crucial and important, there are also few to several parameters such as Operating System dependencies and other complications that slows down the development process that delays us in getting a new feature or a bug fix out to the customers in time. 

As @SantoshBarnwal mentioned, The MMS content monitoring feature is definitely in the pipeline and we'll update the announcement section when this becomes available.

First, please take no offense to this email.

Second, this response is as lame as the others.  The ONLY response the community has recieved to this problem is "We'll let you know." There has not been a single shread of evidence that anyone has been working on this.  Why would I continue to use a product that does not give us the support we are pleading for? Check the forums. This has been asked for since past 2013!! You're telling me, in good faith, that in 5 years you cannot figure out a solution to reading MMS? There are only two possibilities. One, that is true and your product designers are incompetent at their jobs and should be replaced and I will never use this product again. Or two, you just aren't listening to your consumers and are stringing them along with lies and I will never use this product again.  The only thing that will be a SOLUTION to this problem is fixing the problem and giving all these concerned parents the ability to read MMS messages.  Your damn app doesn't even save messages they delete or even the ones they don't for over 30 days.  This product is not worth the money paid for it and I will not recommend it to anymore and will actively tell them not to use it.  This product is useless when it comes to messaging and that is most of the activity of kids these days.
