Norton family stopped recording web history on all three of my devices on august 11th. My child does not know the password and could not have turned it off. I didn't change anything so why did it randomly stop working?

Thanks for your private message. To investigate the issue further, can you please check the following?
1. Please check if you see two NF.exe processes running (NF System and user session) at Task Manager -> Processes running in all 3 devices as shown in the screen shot below? (To get to Windows Task Manager: Press Ctrl+Alt+Delete, then select Start Task Manager). If any service is missing, please let us know your Norton Family version. To find the version, please click the Norton Family icon in the system tray and select “About Norton Family” on Windows PCs.
2.Do house rules policies enforced correctly for all 3 devices, for example, if the Web Supervision is On or Off at House Rules -> Web Supervision in your Norton Family?
