What gives, I have had a payout before but now I am over the threshold however I am not receiving a payout, it has been over 1 day.

Same here.. @Gayathri, how long do you think before a payout so we have a general idea? If Gas fees stay high, we looking at days, months, years?

I reached 0.00526x ETH before it was paid to my Norton Wallet. Even when it does get get paid out, I believe it's approx a $5 transfer fee (for my amount) to get it to Coinbase, which really cuts into the earnings, but guess that's our only option right now. Might wait it out until the x-fer fees drop a bit. Seems like they are at an all time high.

Norton is all over the place with every feature this mining interface has to offer. @0.01, your mining payout should have been prioritized before mine. They are trying to solve all this with bandaid fixes. Since my last payout post, my GPU's been chugging along for hours and my Unpaid balance is now always 0, I'll let it run overnight, then I'll have to uninstall Norton. At 15% ETH profits from their miners, this solution should be the Flagship for all Mining Pools! Perhaps Norton should be paying us 15% for going through all this!

Still haven't had a payout yet however just wanted to comment on the above. I have noticed that it will continue to hash and not increase the pending payout amount from time to time, mine is currently hashing but my payout amount isn't going up right now... As Clarencel stated above, we have no choice but to wait... and disable the miner once we get the next payout... Eth will be moving to a proof of stake soon anyway so not sure that this will even matter for very long.

Over 16 hours and there is no progress in pending payout amount or any info about that. So... if i let my GPU work all time - that mined ETH will be added later to my account, right?
Someone else still have that issue or it's only me?

I am still gaining ETH. I am at 0.010052018491 but still no pay out for like a week now.

I have disabled miner until my payout happens due to lack of replies or ability to contact support. It really is unacceptable to allow mining to get to a point where you owe the miner money and then just ghost them. I wonder how much interest all the money not paid out as it should of been could be making across all clients.

I'm seeing my "pending payout" increase, it's just well over the 0.004 ETH that is required to "payout" into my Norton wallet. I have been over the 0.004 ETH threshold for five days now without my earnings transferring to my Norton wallet.

I did finally get paid out, it took quite a while, they said it was because of fees and charges but who knows. The first time I got paid out it was almost exactly when I hit .004, this time it was more than a week after.... Doesn't seem really above board, I have stopped mining.

I have the same issue. It's been stuck on Paying out for couple days now. Since the last update that changed how crypto mining screen looks, Norton Crypto has been acting weird. Slow when it gets close to the threshold and gets stuck at 0.0039 for ages, and now it's stuck on paying out! This never happened to me before.

We are actively working on an issue where the pending payout appears to be not getting accumulated. This is purely a display issue and the miners are still accruing balance when they are in the active mining state. The Hash rate and the miner state should continue to work as expected.
The team is actively working towards rectifying the issue and the ETA for the resolution is next week where the pending payout will jump up corresponding to the accrued balance.

Again!, the is a display issue (read the response). You may have been paid but just can't see it yet. This is an add-on program free of charge. Using inflammatory language will not get the problem fix faster. However, you might just get the program pulled such that it is not available to you and/or the rest of us. You are not going to become rich with this program. Chill.

I see the balance accumulation is 'running' again some time over night. No way to prove, but my balance did not 'jump'. Hopefully we'll see our balances soon; "...jump up corresponding to the accrued balance", as was mentioned by Admin. Would like to see added to the app the time/date of the latest balance update, maybe a running log at some point.

It's not about getting rich, it's about getting a relevant answer to the question asked and no one stated that the payed out balance was related to the pending not going up. I used WTF to keep it light hearted, you are being hostel and it is not appreciated

I had some balance accumulation yesterday/last night but no 'jump' from the mining that was done over the weekend. Since I got up and checked this morning about 0645 PST, there has been no balance accumulation and it has been active the whole time using my GPU.

Here is a question.. If I turn off active mining is the accumulated amount marked as paying out transferred to the Norton wallet at the next low fee window?
If that is the case I have had over.004 ETH for more than a week with the miner turned on maybe 30% of the time and wallet balance is still 0.000
If the miner needs to be actively mining in order to initiate the transfer I still feel like it should of happened by now.

LOL I jumped from paying out .004871 to 685.390672 ETH. 1.9 million worth Thanks Norton put it in my wallet quick.

WOW! Much better luck than me. I'm now cycling between Active and Restarting, every few seconds, just like when I first started seeing the problems for me about a week ago. Back to square one I guess. I'm going to stop mining until I hear something from Admin, hopefully a fix.

Same here, been stuck at paying out for over a week and a half now, mining has slowed considerably, often oscillating between restarting and starting, rarely at active…

The engineering teams have been working around the clock to ensure that our systems are as stable as possible. The issue with the "payouts" is we are holding the payouts based on the current gas fees. https://ethereumprice.org/gas/
We have made the decision that it doesn't make sense to move ~$12 to your wallet for a fee of over $5 ($ figures are for example purposes only, the algorithm is more sophisticated than that). Our algorithm based on the network gas fee along with the current amount of payout owed to each individual determines when and who to payout first etc.

The display issues should be resolved. As for "only" .006, I don't know for certain as it depends on your miner (GPU card) performance, the amount of time it ran, what the difficulty of the network was at the time.
