Subscription notice

I renewed my subscription but that notice of expiring keeps popping up on screen when I am working online.

How can this be stopped? Its annoying seeing I already subscribed. I checked my account and it says even after I entered the product code key.

Your Product Key or Code is required to activate this product.

Your product has already been activated with this key.

Thank you and tell me how to stop that annoying pop up.

Re: Subscription notice

If you renewed with a new product key, it is considered by Norton to be a new product. Unfortunately the system does not recognize that you have replaced the old key with the new one, so you are warned about the expiry of the old key.

As long as you have entered the new key into your product, try clicking on Help - Subscription Status to sync your computer with the Norton subscription servers.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.

Re: Subscription notice

I don't know if it's the old key or new one. I followed the instructions to renew and your setup did the rest. So how can I be certain we won't get that pop up again? I have another computer linked to this subscription also. Before when I entered the key number it gave me the message I posted earlier.

Re: Subscription notice

If you just renewed with Norton, you should have a renewal code to enter into your product. You should have gotten that by email. If you did not see that email, check your spam folder in your email client.

Did you try the Help - Subscription Status link from the main Norton screen?

How many days does it say you have left on your subscription on the main page of your Norton product?
