Subscription renewal notices

I would like to send my "Thank You" to Norton's for reminding me every day for the last 26 days, that my subscription will expire in 6 more days.  If their renewal policy wasn't so rigid, I would have already installed my new subscription, which I've had on hand for about the last 6 months.  According to their policy, if I use my existing renew program early, I lose any existing days.  Waste not, want not..  I'll wait another 5 days and then use my renewal program and (hopefully) be protected for another year.  My thanks again...

Re: Subscription renewal notices

Just a heads up. You will still get emails for about 30 days about the expired subscription.

You should be able to avoid all of this by contacting Support and asking them to add the time from your new subscription key to your existing subscription. I have done this in the past and you do not lose any subscription time and there is no hassle of changing the product key in all your devices.

Re: Subscription renewal notices

peterweb - This sounds like I've been wasting the last 24 days reading those pop-ups for nothing.  I purchased another year's subscription in a box from an on-line store about six months ago, when it was on sale.  Did you phone contact support or use the Chat feature?  Thanks for the info.

I have done this more than one time by using the Chat feature.    www.norton.com/contactcs
