Subscription starting date

I have been using Norton Internet Security in the past 10 years.  The software was good for a certain period and the clock would only start to click when one installed and activated it on a computer.  Now Norton has changed this policy to the date of purchase, which is ridiculous.  I haven't even downloaded the Norton Security software and Norton already started counting down the 1 year subscription purchased.  This is very unfair to consumers and this will be the last Norton product I would use after the recent purchase..

Re: Subscription starting date

Yes, new license terms should be, has to be activated on the PC for the "timer" to start.  IMO
contact Support, request add lost remaining days.
