Support phone calls on old issue

Hello,

I received some recorded (mine) phone calls from Norton support recently regarding

discussions and investigations back in the April/May months of this year.

I expected some future email contact but it did not happen. Please contact me

if some issue of importance is involved.

Hi @rjolbrich,

Norton Support team tried contacting you few times to check issue status on "Norton Scan error 3038,104" with latest Norton Security 22.19.9 installed. Please let us know if you still facing issue with latest version installed. Thanks.

Re: Support phone calls on old issue

The scan issue is unchanged on 22.19.9.63 I have some other relevant information. During this summer Microsoft announced that it is no longer supporting Windows to Go (ugh). I also discovered that you cannot use Windows Update to successfully complete any monthly security update on a Windows to Go device (ugh, ugh). I confirmed this with a representative of Hasleo Software ( the developer of WinUSB). Those facts just about end my usage of Windows to Go. Unless someone creates a successor product I'm stuck with an unusable Stick PC. Your company has to decide whether continuing to work on this issue is worthwhile. I thank you for all of your efforts.
