Switch to 3060Ti on Alienware GFX Amp aka eGPU

I still have my crypto showing the 1080 in the laptop but I'd like to swap to the external amp that has a new 3060Ti in it. Also I have not been able to locate the approved GPU list. Lots of broken links. Thanks :)
