I'm switching from Comcast so I no longer have their Norton support. I got the Norton from this website but do I need to uninstall the Comcast version before I install the new one?

You can use the uninstaller available along with the product to remove Comcast version.

Post restarting your machine, please proceed with installation of Norton product. Please let me know in case of any clarifications.

I just went through the sequence on two computers that were migrated from Windows 7 (x64) to the 'free upgrade to Windows 10' and have some questions:
1) Is Symantec going to have to sue Microsoft to get access to the code they need to interface properly with their new Edge browser and automatically wipe out the Windows 10 preset Bing and Microsoft Windows security options?
2) What is causing all the delay when loading the Norton Toolbar in MSIE 11, the last browser they have allowed Norton to integrate with?
I'm disabling the toolbar for MSIE until I get a response and migrating to Chrome which can integrate more cleanly with my phones,
