From the screenshot, the component which causes this error is cceraser.dll, a module associated with Client and Host Security Platform from Symantec Corporation. Try to set Tracking Cookie Scan to Ignore and check whether this error happens again. Also, restart your computer to Safe Mode and run a Full System Scan. Let us know the results.
