Temp files (0 bites) showing up as (EICAR Test String)

Norton keeps deleting some of my temp files, saying it is a (EICAR Test String) I don't know what it is. I tried to delete the file when it created itself in the temp folder but couldn't. Some days later norton gave me this message again

EICAR test is an antivirus test. It's a file to test your antivirus. You must have downloaded it or tested it. Simply clean out your temp files using Windows Disk Cleaner or CCleaner.

you're protected from 'threats'.

The Eicar Test String is not a real virus. It is a text file that is used to test antivirus software. By default, the file name is Eicar.com, but it could be renamed to any other name (e.g., tmp00000002, tmp00000003, etc., in your case above).

If you do not use Eicar.com at all, consider blocking that site - to do so, you may read this know-how, then use CCleaner Free to erase all temporary files in your browsers.
