I have been trying to get through to customer support by phone for 30 minutes to get help on a problem. Is this usual? I have been pretty happy with Symantec up to now.

Since the update just over a week ago, have had nothing but problems with Norton.
The first two times I tried Live Chat, I was in the queue for almost an hour.
After FOUR Live Chats and FOUR Remote Sessions, my issue is still not resolved.
Norton Support/Customer Service SUCKS.
Have been a loyal customer for several years, but with a month left on my current subscription, am actively looking for a replacement.
