The text message log is tracking time in GMT. How do I fix it?
Please make sure the computer time at Start -> Control Panel -> Date and Time is set to US time, then please follow these steps to make the Time Zone online correct.
1) Go to your web browser and type in https://family.norton.com
2) Click “Sign-In” link and enter your email address and password
3) After you’ve signed in, click on Parent icon under Configure Family
4) Select Time Zone you prefer and Save it.
Thanks that fixed it!! I think it changed when I reinstalled into new computer!
