Threads deleted or missing

I recently posted a thread for help relating to an annoying popup I've been getting for a long time but my thread was removed. I tried to see if a moderator moved it to a different section but can't find it anywhere. I thought this might be a mistake or a bug so I posted my thread again and don't see that thread either. Are my threads under moderation for some reason? 

Is this some kind of joke? I've been using Norton for years and the one time I try to post something here it gets removed without explanation or consideration.

No joke but only the fact that Newbies's first post(s) has(have) to have the Forum Mods approval before it(they) can appear.

I'm sorry for that NortonUser. I'm usually quicker to approve it. Something in the cadence of your post, or maybe the links within it caused our automated spam filter to flag your post. It just means we had to manually review it. I've since set your profile not to be subjected to the spam filter, so you should be good going forward. Again, I'm very sorry for the trouble.
