Time is up 5 hours ahead of curfew for iPhone

My child's phone is locking out at 5:00PM due to curfew. However, I set it for 10:00PM. We live in Texas (CST). The activity report states "Blocked - Curfew Hours Started 10:00PM," but's it's only 5:00PM locally. His phone reflects the correct time. My billing address is in Texas. What is the issue?

Hi,

Could you check and correct the Timezone in Parent profile settings by following the steps mentioned in https://support.norton.com/sp/en/us/norton-family/current/solutions/v127...

Time supervision works based on the Timezone set in the Parent profile settings.

Sorry, I must be blind. When I edit my profile, I do not see an option for time zone. I can edit email & password, name/address/mobile phone, email preferences, and two factor authentication. 

I failed to mention that this problem is intermittent. It has been happening 1-2 times per week for the past month. Most days it is fine.
