Time limit not enforced, started recently

Starting about 2-4 weeks ago, Norton Family settings have NOT been enforced.  Mainly, my boys have unlimited time.  For months, it was set to 1 hour on the weekdays and 2 hours on the weekends and always worked.  I just checked the settings, and they are correct. 

My Norton Family version is 3.6.3.24, set to auto update. And their PC is Windows 7 Prof, 64bit, with Microsoft updates set to automatic. 

Any ideas??

Hi Cmack,

If you, the parent login to the PC as the monitored child and try to visit a forbidden website, do you get blocked?

Also, can you please log onto your Norton Family account and check if there are any alerts related the time issue?

I am having the same issue as well.  I have Norton Family installed on my son's MotoX with Android.  I use the parent account on my Google Pixel phone and through Chrome on my Macbook Pro.  For at least a month I have noticed that 2 things are happening pretty consistently:

  1. The Time Supervision gets turned off about every other day.  No one else in the household is turning it off as I am the only one who has the administrative rights.
  2. My blocked hours and time limits per day are changed.  I have set it up that M - TH the phone should be blocked from 12 am - 4 pm, 9 pm - 12 am with 2 hours max time.  But every now and then I notice that the blocked hours are totally reset.

I have not noticed that other functions like website blocking or app blocking does work, it just seemed to be an issue with Time Supervision.

At first I thought maybe my son found a way to unblock the time but now I know that is not the case.  If the Time Supervision is not going to work this software if useless to me.  Please help me resolve this problem.
