Time to say goodbye and take care.

I have been a member here since January 2008 and have been a N360 user since. Yesterday, with only a couple of weeks remaining on my current subscription I removed all traces of Norton from my system. This has been done with deep regret however I feel that I can no longer support this company. Their refusal to return the option of a local vault is the reason for this decision, in fact after more than six years I feel betrayed by Norton over this issue. Can I say a big thank you to all of the forum helpers/gurus, I can't imagine a more helpful forum than this one. Again, thanks for the assistance over the journey. Take care everyone.

Hi, fuss. I can understand your frustration. I suspect you won't be the only one.

I hope your new anti virus vendor has a good help forum. Good luck.

Edit--- Interestingly, while I was reading all the negative comments about Norton 2015, I lost access to the forums. They wouldn't load for a good ten minutes.

Now THAT is a worry, after reading about the cloud based definitions..........

Sorry to see you go,fuss7749  – An understandable decision, though. and I wonder how many other Norton users have done/will do the same without coming here to tell us?

I wish Norton Symantec would pay more attention to their customers (and I'm one of them...) who are not asking for a new feature but rather for being given back what was removed inspite of a widespread malcontent

Take care you too!
