Looking at the logs of my kids usage (Sydney Australia time say 6 pm) , it appears Norton Family believes it is 6 am ?
I canot see any time zone setting
Any way to fix this ?
Please make sure the monitored computer has the correct time setup first. Then try the following steps to see if it helps.
1) Go to your web browser and type in https://family.norton.com
2) Click “Sign-In” link and enter your email address and password
3) After you’ve signed in, click on Parent icon
4) On the next page, please make sure the Time Zone is setup correctly and save it.
