topics seen and not seen - depends if "I" posted

I sometimes post a topic.  Then, I look later on the forum, or immediately on the forum, and I do not see the topic I posted.  If I am logged in, then I DO see my topic.  Also, if someone posts a reply or a response, I still do not see my topic, UNLESS I am logged in.  After a few days, this changes and then I usually do see my topic  (somewhere, since I might need to search for it a while).

That's what I been finding.  Today I posted a topic in tech outpost about "other password managers"...  If I visit the forum and am not logged in, the topic is missing.  If I am logged in, I can see my topic, no trouble.

When you visit the site and don't log in you are seeing a cached version of the site and you won't see the latest posts.  When you sign in you see the latest posts.  I don't know exactly why they do it this way.

Perhaps, @Mohan_G can explain it for us.

It's not too bad, since eventually all the posts show.  Just it is something I have noticed.  This current one did show fairly soon after posting and without my signing in.
