Please send me a message with your norton account and we can take a look at your account and reason for failure.
Please note -
1. The GAS is a network fee that is imposed by the ETH network and Norton has no control over it. Read more here : https://ethereum.org/en/developers/docs/gas/(link is external)
2. This GAS fee will be imposed on all transfers from your Norton wallet and will be the same if you are moving $20 or $200 or $2000. So please be vigilant on the transfer amount you have. To save on the GAS fee, you can let the balance build up in the Norton safe wallet before transferring out.

I had the same issue this morning. The GAS fee was $6 and some change. After the GAS fee, a little over $8 would have been moved over to coinbase. I am aware it's not a lot of money but I wanted to make sure the function worked and I was able to transfer crypto out of the Norton wallet. As it turns out the transaction failed. I did get a notification from coinbase that my Norton-crypto account had been linked to my coinbase wallet. That's part of the puzzle. However, the transaction failed when it started to move the cryptocurrency over to coinbase.

It's likely you were trying to move your total wallet balance, while some of that is "pending". We will be updating the UI to better show the difference.
Also moving that little amount of money is not ideal, the gas price is the same moving $8 or $80 or $800.

I get a transaction failed too..
I'd like to ensure I can transfer and cash out some mined cypto ETH to USD on CoinBase before trying to accumulate too much and losing all of it; know what I mean?

Your Norton Wallet is an Ethereum wallet no different than your Ethereum wallet in Coinbase. In fact it's protected by our security systems and solutions.
How would you "lose it all", once it's in your Norton Wallet it is on the blockchain "forever".
