Transfer of licence from an old pc to my new one

I want to transfer my Norton from my old pc to my new one.

When I go into the options through download, I select transfer licence but I just keep going round in a circle.

Norton tells me that I have 3 licences, which are all in use.  But there are no devices listed.

A bit confused.  So if anyone could help I would be grateful,

YB67 Log into your Norton account on the Norton website using the NEW PC. At the top right of the page you should see "My Norton", open it and you should then see "My Licenses". Open it and your licensed devices SHOULD be listed. Going into your devices remove the one for the old PC from the listing. You should then be able to download and install Norton on the new PC.
