Trojan.Gen detected with Symantec Endpoint protection

Symantec Endpoint keeps detecting Trojan.Gen virus over and over in the quarantine but it can not remove it. I leaned from a few similar threads (answered by Quads) that one needs to run a personalized solution in order to remove successfully.

Quads, could you help? Our system is WIN 7, 64-bit, with a flash drive.

Thanks.

What is the name of the file and location, for the file detected as Trojan.Gen, as SEP products can also have another problem as Trojan.Gen

Hi Quads,

Sorry for the delay. Many *.tmp files in C:\Users\April\AppData\Local\Temp directory was detected as infected.
