'Trojan!link' virus or Malware

Somehow my computer has been infected with a "Trojan!link" virus. I have used Norton Power Eraser, which did not find it, and a combo of IExplore, Norton Power Eraser, and HitmanPro, but am unable to get it out. Norton did not stop this from getting into the computer. Any suggestions.    Windows 10, Norton Security Deluxe, Malwarebytes Anti Malware

Thanks in advance

Re: 'Trojan!link' virus or Malware

Mister Bill: Somehow my computer has been infected with a "Trojan!link" virus.

How do you know your computer has been infected.
For reference > from Norton toaster > More Details > Copy to Clipboard and/or from Norton Quarantine > More Options > Copy to Clipboard > paste related info here.
For second opinion choose File and / or Search hash at VirusTotal and/or submit to Symantec for review analysis >  How to report false positives

I tried the Norton Removal tool and it did not find anything. This may be in the hidden files, but I did not find it there either. I have tried four other programs also, but they tell me it is not there. Any Help would be appreciated greatly. Thanks MB

Hi @Mister Bill

Thanks for reporting this issue. Could you please submit the files which are getting detected as "Trojan.Kotver!lnk" for further analysis to Submit File location and share the file submission tracking numbers with us. Also, please let us know the Norton product name and version number installed.

Please see Norton Support article with steps How to Submit a file to Symantec Security Response for analysis. Thanks.
