Trojan.Zeroaccess!inf! infection

NIS has detected the virus Trojan.Zeroaccess!inf. I would like some help getting rid of it. I have attached the OTL results. Would resetting to factory defaults get rid of this and would I have reinstall every program including NIS I did that?

Thank you for your assistance

Re: Trojan.Zeroaccess!inf! infection

Good Luck, I will not be touching your system you have ignored warnings and instructions that are for other users, used an advanced program on your own, so you know what you are doing, and also ran the last program first.

Good Luck, because it looks like (but you have used the wrong program to log) you have more than Zeroaccess as a major infection like I have dealt with, with users that have these 2 major families together.

Hope you don't cause your Windows not to startup.

Hi debo61,

Below is a list of malware removal forums you can try. Choose one, register and stay with the person you start with. Please do not run any tools, advanced tools, or do anything on your own. The person you work with will instruct you every step of the way. Wishing you a clean machine at the end

Got PM

The answer is No,   Your friend told you to use the program, then have him fix your PC.  If they don't know what they are doing in figuring out the variant, removal, any Windows repairs, other infections and cleanup, then they should not suggest such programs or advice.

Next time you have a medical problem,  have them do the surgery or choose the drugs for you.

The difference is this is a PC infection compared to a human (or animal) infection.
