Trouble with VPN Not Connecting

We started having an issue with the VPN not connecting this afternoon. My husband is currently an inpatient at the hospital where public Wi-Fi is the only option, but the VPN wouldn’t connect all afternoon. It worked fine yesterday and even earlier in the day. I am home now on my own secure home network and it won’t connect here anymore either. Is there an issue with VPN servers and IOS 15.1?

Re: Trouble with VPN Not Connecting

I just went on my iPhone Norton VPN app and I was able to connect through London, England and get it to work. For some reason, the United States region is not working.

I too see that the United States region does not connect. I'll escalate this thread.

EDIT

I left my iPhone trying to connect to the US region, and it did finally connect after about 4 minutes. Still something wrong here.

I also notice that even when it has connected, the VPN page in 360 still shows that it is trying to connect. This also happens with a few other country choices for VPN region. Still shows trying to connect when it has already connected.

This issue seems to be only on iOS. I have no problem on Android or Windows.

Check your VPN connection now. It seems to be working correctly on iOS devices now.

I was able to select the US region. It appears to be working now. Thank you so much!

How do you select another region?

Re: Trouble with VPN Not Connecting

In the app, at the bottom, select the second from the left icon and it will have a list of regions that you can choose from. I hope that helps.
