I am usinf for a long time SSR 2013 and this morning , I can't use the software and not save my discs . This the error message .

I know that Veritas supports now SSR 2013 .
I sort out of the problem by re unstall the software . I have the choice with complete re unstallation and repare . I choose Repare and it takes 10 min and after reboot , all is ok .
I don't know what happened !
