Try to filter content for YouTube

I have registered with norton safesearch as I understood that this would filter out adult content when my son is using YouTube.  However, I have set my son's account up, changed his user account that he already had to limited and made sure that safesearch is switched on, but when I go to YouTube and type certain words into the search box unwanted content still shows up.  What am I doing wrong please?

[edit: Please keep post content clean.]

Re: Try to filter content for YouTube

We have not seen this issue before.

You should see this in the url in the browser address bar:

safe_search=on

If that is there, then the product is doing what it can, and it's really up to YouTube to filter the content based on that setting.

I know the moderator removed the specific details, could you send me a private message or use my email in my profile to show me exactly what you were searching for and what you expected.
