Trying to cancel my account

Still trying to cancel my account. It’s Norton 360 Deluxe. Can’t locate anything on site to help. If you can help I’d be very happy. I have an Apple 13 with 15.2 iOS. I left message in support last night but no response as of yet.

Please check your Norton account to confirm ... Automatic Renewal Off ... and no billing information. 
MY SUBSCRIPTIONS reports:  Activate Subscription Renewal ... with Automatic Renewal Off.  

BILLING INFORMATION reports:  There is no billing profile saved in your account ... with no billing information.

Where did you leave a message for Support?

The only refunds that can be obtained are for subscriptions purchased withing 60 days.   To cancel your subscription, all you do  is not renew at the end of the subscription period. If doing this, be sure you log into your Norton Account and turn off Automatic Renewal for your current subscription.
