Trying to get a "REFUND" Keep on going passed from Pillar to Post !

I Found out that I was being Charged, as a "Small Business" ?. I have been with "Norton" for Meany Years "Now". But now, I am Finding it Very Difficult getting in "Touch" with "Norton" in this Country (UK). I had trouble last year, being  "Over Charged" But I did get a "Refund".  But this Year, I kept on being Put on to "Agents" from other Parts of this World.  Not from the "UK".

I am 70 and do not have or run a "Small Business" Which I am now Being "Charged" for ?. I only use my  Computer , for "Personal Use". I am not "Impressed" with "Norton"  They seem to Charge, what they Can-Get Away With.
