Trying to get a "REFUND" Keep on going passed from Pillar to Post !

I Found out that I was being Charged, as a "Small Business" ?. I have been with "Norton" for Meany Years "Now". But now, I am Finding it Very Difficult getting in "Touch" with "Norton" in this Country (UK). I had trouble last year, being  "Over Charged" But I did get a "Refund".  But this Year, I kept on being Put on to "Agents" from other Parts of this World.  Not from the "UK".

I am 70 and do not have or run a "Small Business" Which I am now Being "Charged" for ?. I only use my  Computer , for "Personal Use". I am not "Impressed" with "Norton"  They seem to Charge, what they Can-Get Away With.

Hello Robert. The official article regarding refunds and how to get them is here. Unfortunately it will require contact with Norton support in one manner or another to complete.
