trying to install VPN

I have added Norton 360 to a new mac. When I try to install VPN a popup says NEIKEv2Provider wants access key "Norton" in your keychain.  To allow this enter the "login" keychain password.  I have no idea as I have tried the password I use to start the mac but it doesn't work.
