Two Different Rebates - ONE Proof Of Purchase

I've just purchased the Norton Security Premium (10 Devices) - 3 in 1 Bundle at Fry's. There are two rebates available come with it: $40 Rebate and $20 Upgrade Rebate. Each requires an original proof of purchase (besides others documents) - which is printed on ONE of the two little tab in the box - and all documents need to be sent to 2 different addresses.

So, with ONE proof of purchase, I won't be able to fulfill requirements for both of them.

I searched and found several threads in the past, with the same subject - And there was a Norton employee, Matt Phillips, who seems to have the solution for this poof of purchase issue.

So, Mr. Phillips if you see this thread - or anyone who has the solution for this - please help me out on this. I have only 30 days to send the rebates in - otherwise I would loose them.

Thanks in advance.

Best Regard,

MH

Matt Phillips is no longer with Norton. I will bring your issue to Norton's attention.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.

Hi peterweb,

Thanks for your fast response (It matches your Fighter Jet picture ).

I've also talked with a manager at Fry's - he could not give me any suggestion or solution. I thought since they were advertising the rebates, they should have known better!?!

Read all the details. Some let you use the UPC code or the Proof of Purchase tab.

Re: Two Different Rebates - ONE Proof Of Purchase

Hi Jim,

You could be right! Below are the link to the two rebate forms:

$40 Rebate Form and $20 Rebate Form

If you look at Step #3: The $40 form mentions both (without saying AND or OR) UPC and proof of purchase, and the $20 form mentions only the proof of purchase.

Does that mean I can use UPC for the first one, and proof of purchase for the other one?

Thanks,

MH
