Re: Two Form Factor

I had to contact Norton support. Uninstalled and reinstalled Norton. Now asking for 2 form authentication for withdrawals. Also what happened to the gas price box in the wallet? That was a good thing so we are aware of withdrawal charges.

Re: Two Form Factor

It is still there in the my Norton portal under the wallet tab.

Re: Two Form Factor

When I click to set up 2FA the page refreshes and takes me back to the wallet tab and nothing happens.

Re: Two Form Factor

What happens if you go to my norton and select account settings and set up 2FA there?

Re: Two Form Factor

When I click on set up now it creates a loop back to the same screen.

Re: Two Form Factor

I am having the same issue.  Cannot withdraw due to need to set up 2 form authentication.  I already have two factor authentication set up.  Clicking on the set up button loops me back to previous screen.

Re: Two Form Factor

How about using the other method I mentioned, does that work? Go to account settings and set up 2FA from there instead?

Re: Two Form Factor

I went to account settings and set up 2FA, printed out backup codes and set up a backup method using text messages to my phone.  No fix.  I then logged out and rebooted the computer.  Still no change.  Additionally, when trying to access my Norton wallet, it takes me right in as though this computer is a trusted computer.  It is the one I use to do my withdrawals, but I have not set it up as a trusted computer, specifically.  Still can't withdraw my mining proceeds.

Re: Two Form Factor

Got it, the team has identified the issue and it has to do with being "auto logged in" when you go from the windows client to the wallet.

You can try this workaround instead:

- log out of the my norton portal
- open a new browser window and navigate to Norton Crypto directly and log in

That should allow the browser to be in a fully logged in state and should show the withdrawal button properly.

The team is working on a fix, but it will take some time.
