Ultimate Utilities Upgrade problems

I have had Utilities since it was 8 disks on 3.5, and 360, in its last 3 reincarnations/combinations. I have recently upgraded to Utilities Ultimate, but it never appears as an upgrade on my 360 main screen, and I am constantly downloading the .EXE file, running it, only to have it initialize, set up everything, THAT DOES NOT WORK, and I have to start all over again. Uninstall. Start up. Reinstall. Start up. Try it out, try it again. Download exe. Uninstall. start up. .......get the picture? Utilities is a great program, but it takes a while to set up, and misfiring  after a long set up process is very frustrating. This frustration is precisely why I have kept Norton's for so long. THIS is what it prevents. Any help out there?

THAT DOES NOT WORK?? What is not working? Are there any error messages? 

Have you restarted your computer after the installation to ensure everything gets fully updated? Restart, not shutdown and startup again if you have Windows Fast Startup feature enabled. If you use Windows 8/8.1, 10 or 11, there can be an issue with the Windows Fast Startup feature.. Another thought. Did you uninstall the old Norton Utilities and restart the computer before trying to install the new Norton Utilities Ultimate, NUU?
