Today I purchased a Norton Utilities subscription. I have worked for more than three hours trying to activate the da.... program! I keep getting this error message: "Product activation was unsuccessful. Please verify that your activation code and email address is [grammatically incorrect; should be "are"] entered correctly, and that you are connected to the internet."
MY CODE IS CORRECT! I AM CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET! (yes, I am shouting in frustration). To make matters worse, when I try to get help online, that page misfunctions. On the "CONTACT NORTON SUPPORT" page, when I am instructed, "Please complete this form to connect to an agent" for a chat, after having filled out all the blanks and clicking "Next" - why, nothing happens! WHAT A CROCK!
