Unable to connect to VPN

I am unable to connect to a VPN and have been unable to do so for a long time now!

I had trouble connecting for the longest time. After  a recent Norton update, I was able to connect by clicking on the down arrow beside Turn On for the VPN feature. Then click on VPN region. Then if your VPN is set on Automatic, scroll through the country options and choose your country manually. That resolved the issue for me.

I'm Norton 360 Secure VPN.   Changing my router Firewall security setting, changing my DNS and reinstall WAN Miniport drivers....helped my "Connection Error"... at different times.
