Unable to contact anyone at Norton

I have had an ongoing battle with Norton about compensation over the damage that their Norton Driver Updater programme did to my PC. Uli has been helpful and finally got someone to contact me BUT they said they rang me three times but they have the wrong number because I didn't receive any calls, they said they left a message but of course I didn't receive it. They do not reply to emails that I have sent them. The agent involved, Clara from Norton LifeLock, gave me a number to ring, but it's temporarily out of service - are you kidding me ?!? What sort of mickey mouse outfit are they running here. I tried to contact them by chat but as soon as I ask to speak to an agent it gives me a link to contact Norton which doesn't include a phone number and they disconnect me. This is INCREDIBLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Can anyone give me a phone number so I can ring these people as they don't reply to emails and the number they gave me doesn't work. I have been very patient with this, this has been going on for over a month.

What's your geo-location/country?  Are you United States?
Maybe, I can post Norton Support phone number, if you want.

Thanks mate, I really appreciate your help and all the screenshots. I didn't get that far, the chat didn't work because I couldn't get past the robot. I couldn't work out how to get the phone number, I was already signed in. Thanks again.

  • In Chat dialog click "Manage my account" -> click "Something else" -> type "Live Agent" -> until you see "I am transferring you to a specialist for further assistance".

I did that several times, but I typed talk to an agent and "Kate" kept sending me the contact page link and disconnecting me, but next time I'll follow your procedure. Thanks again.

Please turn ad/content-blocker & VPN Off.  
Please clear browser cookies n' cache.
