Unable to import Norton after Windows re-install
I feel like I am going round in circles as I cannot get any help or solve a problem I have in re-installing Norton after having to carry out a Windows Reinstall to factory settings due to circumstances beyond my control.
I have tried phoning Norton which has been a waste of time as one is just left hanging on for ages.
I tried re-installing Norton security but a message stated that it is not compatible with my computer/system. It was compatible yesterday morning and working perfectly.
I paid for the package which includes up to 5 devices yet I cannot use one.
I have had to download a temporary security program in order to keep my computer safe. I don't want any further problems, the one I have at present is enough to contend with.
It looks like I will have to go elsewhere and pay for another package with a different company as the Norton website will not even let me look at my subscriptions, the system just keeps reverting back to Log in.
The Norton website is a nightmare as it does not get to the root of my problem.
