Unable to join NIS to Norton Management

I have installed and activated NIS but I am not able to add the new Mac to devices in the web site. When I try to bind it to my account, it show me error that I have no N360MD license in my account, but I want link NIS and not N360.

Hi Krepik,

I see that you have not received an answer for quite a few days, but I hope this suggestion will help :-)

When there are subscription problems, or issues concerning the linkage between Norton products and your Norton account, you need to chat with Customer Support, since they have the proper tools in order to sort out your issue. You can chat with them for free over here:
