Unable to load financial and health websites

I am unable to load financial and patient portal websites although I have no problems with other websites.  This happens on all of my computers and also my husband's computers as well.  

When we click to open, the circle goes round and round forever.  

We have talked to XFinity, and they were unable to help.

We wonder if Norton has encrypted these websites or elevated security levels as well.

If the VPN is turned on I would try turning it off.

Also, I would clear all browser cookies, cache , files, etc.

If you have any ad blocking extensions installed you should disable them. Also check for any other browser extensions and disable them. And make sure the url is https and not http as that would be needed for the type of sites you mentioned.

And try a different browser since Crrome has other security settings that might be blocking you.
