Unable to log into my Norton account with the NIS 2013 Identity Safe

Unable to log into my Norton account with the NIS 2013 Identity Safe

After product installation nis 2013,  and updates,  Login online vault not working.

Got a chance to delete existing data. so deleted. then again imported data from saved CSV file from own backup.

next day online login fails .

Message: unable to logon to your vault at this time

also there is some data download about 10MB and it says opening / syncing !!!!!

help!

How did you delete Online vault before logging into NA and Online vault?

How sync is happening before logging to NA and vault?

Can you try logging into portal with same credentials(NA and vault password)? Portal link: https://identitysafe.norton.com/
