I am unable to log in to Password Manager on my iPhone. I am told that either the username or password is incorrect. They are both correct. I am able to log in on my computer. I'd appreciate help with this!

reinstall the app on the phone might help you and do it whit norton clean so you is 100% it all is gone and remember to set the computer so the phone is sync

Thanks for your help. I decided to try logging in again today before trying your suggestion and whatever gremlin had prevented it before allowed it today. I've now enabled touch login so hopefully all will be well.
